The Best, Easy Garlic-Cilantro Guacamole Dip

I deserve no credit of my own for this fantastic and easy guacamole dip. My husband is the one who taught me how to make this recipe and if he had told me what was in it before I tasted it myself, I likely would have been hesitant to eat
it in the amounts I did. Instead, I am eating spoonfuls and spoonfuls of this on fajitas, burrito bowls, eggs, sandwiches and more! The clutch ingredient here is garlic. This guacamole dip calls for quite a few more cloves of garlic than I thought I would be comfortable with. I'm usually pretty sensitive. And it omits a few popular ingredients that are usually included in traditional guacamole dip (see my last post) recipes like tomatoes and shallots. But you won't miss them at all with the flavor of this guacamole. This dip is easy to make and is always a hit with our friends and family. Check below for full details and the recipe!

Recipe:
4 medium-sized avocados peeled and mashed
4 cloves of finely chopped garlic
1 finely chopped jalapeño
juice from 1/2 of medium-sized lime
1 teaspoon himalayan pink salt (or to taste)
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
1 handful of chopped, fresh cilantro

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients into medium-sized mixing bowl, mix well and Enjoy! Serve with tortilla or pita chips, on fajitas, in burritos, tacos or sandwiches, or eat straight from the bowl. It's that delicious!

Bon Apetit!
