Recipe of the Week| Chocolate Chip- Garbanzo Bean Cookies!



Jam packed with fiber, protein, and chocolatey-goodness! A feel-good, wholesome treat that is even tastier when complemented with your choice of fruit and topped with greek yogurt (as shown in picture above).

Prep:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Drain can of garbanzo beans and mash until smooth consistency.  Then combine with all other ingredients in medium-sized bowl and mix until all contents are evenly distributed. Spoon into desired shape on cookie sheet and bake until golden brown.
